This herb has a sharp pointed leaf structure is from the oregano familia. There are two major types of Savory: Satureja montana also known as Winter Savory and the other type is Satureja hortensis, Garden variety Savory, also known as Summer Savory. Both types of Savory are processed according to customer specifications in Kütaş plants.
