The Kütaş Group announces a series of important leadership changes that mark a new chapter in the company’s growth and innovation journey.
After 26 years of dedicated service, Mr. Ufuk Begisi will step down from his position as General Manager of Kütaş Tarım, the Group’s main export company of Mediterranean herbs and spices.
Mr. Begisi has been instrumental in building Kütaş Tarım into the world’s largest processor and exporter of Mediterranean herbs and spices. His steadfast leadership and significant contributions have played a vital role in the Group’s success and expansion.
Moving forward, he will continue to serve the Group as CTO – Chief Technology Officer, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. A food engineer by training, Mr. Begisi will lead initiatives in next-generation technology, mechanization, robotics, and artificial intelligence, further enhancing Kütaş Group’s production quality, efficiency, and sustainability. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Begisi on his new role and look forward to his continued contributions to the Group’s technological advancement.
Mr. Onur Boz, currently Operations Director at the Safe Spice sterilisation and seed facilities, has been appointed General Manager of Kütaş Tarım, effective November 3, 2025. Kütaş Agro, the Group’s agricultural division, will also report to him. Mr. Boz has been with the Group for 8 years and brings extensive experience in procurement, production, and quality. We congratulate Mr. Boz and wish him great success in his new role.
Mr. Volkan Erol, currently Assistant General Manager at Kütaş Tarım, will assume the position of General Manager of Safe Spice, effective November 3, 2025. In addition to overseeing the Safe Spice sterilisation and seed facilities, the packing operations at Artisan will also report to him. With 16 years of experience at Kütaş Group in planning, logistics, and management, Mr. Erol is well positioned to lead Safe Spice to its next stage of growth. We congratulate Mr. Erol and are confident in his success in this important role.
Additionally, Mr. Ahmet Doğan will join the Kütaş Group on October 20, 2025, as Director of Human Resources. All HR functions, as well as the Health and Safety department, will report to him. Mr. Doğan brings over 30 years of HR leadership experience in major corporations and is expected to make a major contribution to developing the Group’s people strategy and organizational culture. We warmly welcome and congratulate Mr. Doğan on his appointment and wish him every success.
With these appointments, the Kütaş Group strengthens its leadership structure to meet future challenges and capitalize on opportunities across its global operations. Kütaş Grubu, büyüme ve yenilik yolculuğunda yeni bir dönemi başlatan önemli yönetim değişikliklerini duyurmaktan memnuniyet duyar.
26 yıldır grubumuzda görev yapan Sn. Ufuk Begisi, Kütaş Tarım A.Ş.’nin Genel Müdürü görevinden ayrılacaktır. Sn. Begisi, Kütaş Tarım’ı dünyanın en büyük Akdeniz aromatik bitkileri ve baharatları işleyicisi ve ihracatçısı haline getirmede kilit rol oynamıştır. Yönetimindeki istikrar, vizyoner yaklaşımı ve katkılarıyla grubumuzun büyümesine büyük katkı sağlamıştır.
Yeni görevinde, Sn. Begisi, doğrudan Yönetim Kuruluna raporlama yapacağı CTO – Chief Technology Officer olarak görevine devam edecektir. Gıda mühendisi olan Sn. Begisi, grubumuzun mekanizasyon, robotizasyon, yapay zeka ve ileri teknoloji yatırımlarına liderlik edecek; üretim kalitesi, verimlilik ve sürdürülebilirlik alanlarında yenilikler geliştirecektir. Kendisine yeni görevinde başarılar diliyor ve katkılarının devam edeceğine olan inancımızı ifade ediyoruz.
Safe Spice Operasyon Müdürü Sn. Onur Boz, 3 Kasım 2025 itibariyle Kütaş Tarım A.Ş. Genel Müdürü olarak atanmıştır. Ayrıca, grubun tarımsal faaliyetlerinden sorumlu Kütaş Agro da kendisine bağlı olacaktır. 8 yıldır grubumuzda başarıyla görev yapan Sn. Boz’u tebrik ediyor, yeni görevinde başarılarının devamını diliyoruz.
Kütaş Tarım A.Ş. Genel Müdür Yardımcısı Sn. Volkan Erol, 3 Kasım 2025 itibariyle Safe Spice A.Ş.’nin Genel Müdürü olarak atanmıştır. Kendisi, Safe Spice sterilizasyon ve tohum tesislerinin yanı sıra Artisan ambalaj operasyonlarından da sorumlu olacaktır. 16 yıldır grubumuzda görev yapan Sn. Erol’u yeni görevinden dolayı tebrik ediyor, başarılarının devamını diliyoruz.
20 Ekim 2025 tarihi itibariyle Sn. Ahmet Doğan, Kütaş Grubu İnsan Kaynakları Direktörü olarak aramıza katılacaktır. İnsan Kaynakları ile İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği departmanları kendisine bağlı olacaktır. 30 yıllık deneyimiyle Sn. Doğan’ın grubumuzun insan kaynakları stratejisine önemli katkılar sunacağına inanıyor, kendisini aramızda görmekten mutluluk duyuyor ve yeni görevinde başarılar diliyoruz.
Bu atamalarla birlikte, Kütaş Grubu gelecekteki fırsatları değerlendirmek ve küresel operasyonlarındaki gücünü artırmak için liderlik yapısını güçlendirmektedir.
